Dario Panelized is a division of Escobedo Group, an energetic company with a proven record of providing superior quality in our work, including some of the highest profile homes and penthouse condominiums in the country. We are looking for a team member with exceptional attention to detail, an inquisitive mindset, and a pro-active approach to problem solving. Ideal candidates must be able to accurately interpret architectural and engineering drawings and collaborate with other team members to align design intent with in-house BIM construction models. Responsibilities include creation of detailed drawing sets for coordination, fabrication, and installation of panelized projects. 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Associates degree or higher in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or related field 
  • 1+ years of relevant work experience 
  • Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam/Acrobat proficiency 
  • Knowledge of architectural design, documentation, detailing, building materials, and construction technologies

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Stone Division Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our Stone Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the stone industry, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record of success in a similar role. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and supervise all Stone Division personnel 
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle from bidding and estimation to project execution and completion 
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors 
  • Manage the division’s budget and financial performance 
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices 
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations 


Qualifications:
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the stone industry, with at least 3 years in a management role 
  • Strong understanding of stone fabrication, installation, and project management 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills 
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate teams 
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant construction software

Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient individual to join our accounting department. The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of experience in accounting, with a strong background in accounts payable and accounts receivable. While a college degree is not required, a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency in accounting processes is essential.   

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions for multiple entities, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliations.  
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely reporting. 
  •  Process and verify invoices and payments.  
  • Respond to vendor and customer inquiries regarding payments and account status. 
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.  
  • Assist Accounting Department with any tasks as necessary.  
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.  


Qualifications: 
 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on accounts payable and accounts receivable.  
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.  
  • Experience in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of ComputerEase software a plus.  
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.  
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Requirements: 

  • This position would be for someone VERY Detail orientated. Worked in an Ornamentals background with high level of finishing. 
  • This team member will be responsible for fabrication and welding projects. 
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in Custom Metal working. 
  • Proficient in both Mig and Tig (stainless, aluminum, copper and brass) as well as experience with horizontal band saws, ironworkers, Mill, Lathe. 
  • This individual should have experience working within a custom atmosphere with little jig work. 
  • As this is a construction company, experience with overhead cranes and large equipment is required for this individual as well. 

 

Paid relocation is possible after interview and contractual agreement. 

A Shop Math Test and Welding Test will be given, so come prepared to weld.

Summary: 

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a fast-paced millwork shop, ensuring efficient production, timely delivery, and exceptional quality. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong woodworking knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in production management. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Production Management: 
  • Strategize and coordinate production schedules, goals and planning with Division Manager. 
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate all aspects of production to meet customer deadlines and quality standards. 
  • Optimize workflow and production processes to maximize efficiency and minimize waste. 
  • Oversee coordination between shop and field work ensuring quality standards are maintained. 
  • Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with purchasing to ensure adequate supplies. 
  • Implement and enforce quality and workflow control procedures at each stage of production. 
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions. 

Team Leadership: 

  • Supervise and mentor production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. 
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration. 
  • Delegate tasks effectively and ensure accountability. 
  • Enforce company policies and safety regulations.

Qualifications: 

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a millwork or woodworking environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role. 
  • Technical Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of woodworking techniques, machinery, and materials. Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and shop drawings. 
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate effectively, and foster a positive work environment. 
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, customers, and vendors. 
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve production issues effectively. 
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. Experience with production management software is a plus. 

 

Physical Demands: 

  • Regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. 
  • Frequently required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
